New Features & Content
- New "Revoco" Chant: The old "remove last ingredient" chant has been replaced! You can now use chants like primum revoco (remove first) or secundum revoco (remove second) for precise control.
- New Tutorial: Added a helper dialogue to explain the Overheat hex mechanic when it is first unlocked.
- Chroma Station Update: White has been added as a selectable color option.
Gameplay Changes & Quality of Life
- Hex Choice Clarity: Hex names are now displayed below their icons in the Sanctum, making choices clearer.
- Tome Cooldown Removed in Sanctum: You can now read the Tome as often as you like while in the Sanctum.
- Audio Adjustments: Footstep sounds have been removed from the Sanctum and Crossroads to better suit the atmosphere, and their overall volume has been adjusted.
Bug Fixes
- Save & Load System:
- Fixed items placed on Counters not being saved or loaded.
- Fixed the randomized mushroom layout in the Spore Cultivator not being saved and loaded.
- Fixed the herb in the Crop Container not appearing correctly after loading a save.
- Multiplayer & State:
- Fixed a core issue where game state flags (game_started, all_players_loaded) were not synced to clients, causing various errors
- Gameplay & Object State:
- Fixed the cauldron continuing to overheat even after being cleared.
- Overheat de-saturation effect will no longer trigger incorrectly when you are not in the forest.
- Fixed an issue where an item being consumed (e.g. in the cauldron) would show a "drop" animation.
- The Cauldron, Chicken, and Counters are now all correctly cleared and reset when starting a new game after a loss.
- UI & Visuals:
- Fixed player silhouettes appearing incorrectly when standing near a light source.
- Fixed player name labels being clipped in the lobby UI.
- Fixed a bug where customer dialogue could overlap with Hecate's dialogue.
- Replaced certain characters in dialogue files to fix incorrect text spacing.
